Cubot P30 not working after putting it to recharge

So,...

i put my p30 on the usb to recharge, almost immediately i noticed it didnt start to load and to connect to the PC. As i disconnected it didnt turn on at all anymore.

Meaning, black screen, no vibrations, no nothing at all. If i put on charge it shows the blue lamp on the top, but it doesnt seem to do anything.

I tried to reset it somehow, but the blue lamp only blinks once after 10-15 secs and thats it.

That happend right after day i bought it.

Since it seems to have some sort of power, i believe the software failed, but without being able to get access to the phone there is nothing i can do her.

So,...maybe somebody else got some advice or a solution.
