My phone screen is blank

Please try to start the recovery mode, if the screen there works normally, it is a system error of Android and you have to reset the device using the same mode.

• Turn off the device by pressing and holding the power button for at least 10 seconds
• Now start the device and hold down the power button and the volume up button
• Keep the keys pressed until the device starts the recovery mode.
• Navigate to wipe data/factory reset
