I am an online gamer and I keep.losing connection to the server whilst using WiFi but is fine with mobile data. There is nothing wrong with WiFi because I have already.looked into it and it is fine on everyother device

    Hello Douglasbutler!

    If you've already dealt with your WiFi network, can you tell us what you've already tried?

    To figure out the Doogee's receiver, have you tried using a different SSID on the router (e.g. using the 5.0GHz frequency instead of 2.4GHz)?
