Hi today received my new phone and set it up with wifi password etc and internet is working fine on the phone

The phone is set for wi fi calling but when I make a call I get the following message mobile network not available connect to a wireless network to mke a call.  the phone is already connected to the wireless network but will making phone calls it does not connect.

There is also the same problem with choosing a search engine it says couldn'tconnect use another network when it works fine when i open the google app

Any ideas please or is it a faulty phone

thanks

    Hi kevo!

If otherwise all network connections can be established without problems, we do not think that it is due to a defect.

Have you reset the network settings? I hope, this Android tutorial works for you:

Hi followed the instructions re set settings.  Turned wi fi calling back on and same message comes up connect to network to make call

I have also switched the phone off and on a couple of times but no difference

    Thanks for the reply

    Hi kevo,

if resetting the network settings couldn't fix it, at the moment, I only have the question the WiFi calls are supported by the network provider at all.
