OTG not working

I have an OTG cable that works with my Samsung galaxy S5. Why does it not get noticed by my Doogee N10. The manual says it has usb OTG

    your Dogee N10 has indeed USB OTG. Could you describe a little more what happens when you put the cable in? Like, is there no change when you put in a device? Which device do you want to plug in? Sometimes OTG does not work if the device you want to plug in needs more energy than the USB of your smartphone can give.
