wifi is not working

Hi.I bought a doogee s40 recently.At the beggining everything seems ok.After some time  it lost wifi and bluetooth connection  and never found again .I have done factory reset  and now it cannot start because it cant finf wifi.Please help.

    Hello! You should be able to skip the Wi-Fi setup too.

    Are WLAN networks found at all or not found at all?

    As Simon has already mentioned, it should be possible to skip the WiFi setup.
