Sleep mode every 5 seconds

After two weeks of normal use. The phone now goes to sleep, screen shuts down etc after 5 seconds of no use. Even when playing music. !! As soon as I stop touching screen everything stops and screen dulls then goes off. I have set all settings correctly. I understand this may be a common problem.

    Hello, Dhark!

    I assume you have already made the display settings and set the duration until the screen turns off.

    Did you check the PowerSafe mode?

    Did the error occur after an update?

    It sounds to me like it was a system error.

    Hi everyone,

    We had the same issue for months. The solution was: Let the battery go fully flat till the mobile turns off.  (it is not enough to turn off the mobile. You have to let it go flat) 

    Wait for a while and then charge the battery. After turning the mobile on the problem was solved for us.
