Phone has stopped receiving sms messages from certain contacts although I can still send sms messages to them.

    Hi Elloise!

    Please check if the contacts are blocked or if they are on the blacklist.

    Please enter Phone > Menu > Settings > Blocked numbers

    Yes I've cleared the cache. I also deleted one of the contacts that I can't receive messages from and then added that contact again but still have same problem.

    Have you contacted the provider and asked if there are any network problems at the moment?

    No I haven't because it's only affecting certain contacts others are fine. I thought network problem would affect all contacts

    In general, you are right. But we already had users who had a similar problem, and in the end it turned out to be due to the network.
