spontaneous android update hangs

Hi!
I have K10000 and K7. Both of them started to upgrade spontaneously this morning (2019-1-09 08:00 EET).On K7 battery ran out. K10000 I managed to plug in before, but even so it is hanging with message 'Android is starting' and 'optimizing storage' message with rolling circle in the end.
Has happened once before. Had to hard reset K7 and reinstall everything. Annoying.Why is this happening. How to prevent these pushed upgrades.
