loss of contacts...

Hi. had this a couple of weeks and added some contacts but these have been lost twice now and I have to re save them?

Is this a setting issue or a fault?

    Hello johnhemel!

    I think this is a system error and you need to reset the device.

    After that I would recommend to save all contacts in your Google Account to avoid loss.
