    Hello Cowboy43015,

    there are two possibilities to take a screenshot with the Samsung Galaxy A20.

    You can press the power button at the same time as the volume down button for about 2 seconds to take a screenshot,

    or you can use the side of your hand to wipe over the screen. You have to stay connedted to the screen with your hand all the time and wipe over at least half of the screen to take a screenshot.

    sorry can't take screenshot due to security policy on instagram and all apps which are from Samsung Galaxy A20

    Unfortunately, this is a security feature that you can not bypass.

    Since our tutorials also often show a black screen when it comes to password entry or other security features, we have tried everything to date to get around this, but unfortunately without success.
