Black screen/no charge

Question

Unplugged the Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 Pro before lightening storm(just to be safe).

Forgot to plug it back in after storm so battery must have gone completely dead? Connected to charger this morning, no sign of charging action.

How long should it take to recharge if this is the problem?

Hello Kimmadillo. If the battery has been normally empty, it takes about 3-5 minutes until an indication appears that the device is being charged again. After about another 5 minutes the device can usually be switched on again.

But it is also possible that the battery has become deeply discharged, in which case the whole thing becomes more difficult. It would be best if the battery were simply charged overnight.
