I got the warning on the screen "Desktop Stopped" and there is nothing I can do.

Is there anyone who has a solution for this problem please ?

    Hello Marcel!

    Unfortunately we don't have any of the Beafones available and can't try them ourselves.

    Have you tried forcing the device to turn off? Normally it is enough to press and hold the power button for at least 10 seconds.
