    I am having the same issue. I have only just purchased phone so believe this should not be happening. 

    It freezes when I type, or just randomly, have to wait a few seconds, it comes good again, or press home key and sometimes its good again. 

    Please help someone.

    Apart from this issue its a brilliant phone

    I have the same problem with my armor 6E. The ulefone service take one week to replay and some of the messages are send by bots. What a shame...
