Can't transfer photos to my computer

Hi. I am trying to transfer photos from my phone to my computer. However, although my computer recognizes my phone there are no files showing up at all. I click on the S10 Pro logo and nothing happens. Even when I first switch my phone on and plug the USB into my computer, I get a screen pop up asking me to open up my device. I click on this and it is blank.

So to sum up, There are no files showing up at all when I want to transfer them from my phone to my computer and yet the phone is recognized. Any help would be most welcome. Thank you.
