no external sound

Question

When I am talking on the phone if i turn on the external speaker it gives me no sound

when my alarm goes off there is no sound

when i play a video it has no sound

i have checked all settings that i know of and everything is on

this has been since the first day i recieved my nes phone 6 days ago

It seems to be a defect of the loudspeaker, if no sounds are played through the loudspeaker at all.

To check this, you can only reset the device to factory settings. If the problem persists, there is a defect.

Yesi did a reset and it said the external speaker : fail So no I need to figure out how to send it back

It depends on where you bought the device, if it was bought directly from China it will be hard to get support for it, but if you bought it through Amazon or similar, you might be lucky.
