No sound for ringtones

Question

Hi,

My phone does not make a sound for incoming calls, which means I miss all calls. It does not vibrate or ring.

I have done a lot of solutions fixes which do not work:

I have downloaded a new mp3 file and set as ringtone

I have switched off all battery optimisation

I have a checked that it is not on 'do not disturb

All shortcuts to no sound have been disables

I have shut down and restarted at every fix attempt

I am at a loss as to what the problem is.

Hello Louise! If the speaker and vibration works otherwise, the only thing that should be made is to reset the device, since you have already done everything I would have suggested. Greetings!
