how to reset or reboot the system with out pressing the on and the +volume

Question

the system of ule fone are not running, it only display the ule fone s10 powered by android then if off and it back the display again is ule fone. it repeatedly it doesnt run the system. i try to reboot by pressing off and +volume and selecting fast reboot but it doesnt run. i try to remove the battery but it is fix. how to solve this case, thanks

Dear merar,

if even fast reboot does not work, you might have to consider a wipe/factory reset to repair the damaged software on your device. This will delete all the data you saved on your device, but it should repair the damaged software. If this still happens after the factory reset, your internal storage is probably damaged and can not be repaired. So press on and volume again but do select factory reset, not fast boot.
