CAN BOOT ON MY PHONE

I boot my phone on this morning and it won't boot keeps showing optimising app 1 of 1 and after some time it goes off. I have rebooted several times and its the same problem, this had happened before but it came on.  it just this morning that it isn't coming on

Please help me i need my phone back on and running
