Sudenly stop can't open

Sudenly stop can't open stop when the umidigi screen a peer that it 

i made them check by a technicien en he told me it is a systeme operation problemes

does't look like a harware problem no body open the phone. 

Do exis a programme so i can plug in my pc and try to reiniciate ?

The phone is in Cuba my girl friend usit for about 2 monts and  suddenly stop y tell her to live it in the box and i am going to try to find how to fixe 

Now i am going back there and try to find if you can help me
