Why is my sound not working?

No sound for media or calls on speaker even though all volumes are up. Is there a setting for speaker? Maybe something was inadvertently changed? Hardware issue?

Same thing here - the earppiece (is this was you called 'speaker'?) suddenly does not produce any sound during a hone call or a WhatsApp call. Loudspeaker works fine. This is the third time it happened. Last two times it lasted perhaps 2 weeks, and it went away as suddenly as it happened.
