calls disconnecting

I have a brand new Xiaomi redmi note 9 pro. Calls disconnect after various periods of time.  Rebooting does not solve problem.  Any solutions? Thanks

    Hello eldarit!

    The problem is known and is solved for some users when the SIM card is inserted into SIM slot 2.

    We are not aware of any other solution at the moment.

    Hello Denny,  I inserted SIM card into slot 2 and gladly problem solved, no disconnections anymore.
