Unable to turn on mobile network

Sim card already activated....It is working completely fine on other phone. However, it is only work for calling and messaging on xiaomi mi max 3 phone. I am unable to turn on mobile network such as 3G 4G 5G. I already try web method....phone reset to factory setting...and a few others but still didnt fix my problem. Are there any other that could fix my problem? Please help me and thank you.
