Bluetooth not working and WiFi issues

Hi all 

My first post here and my first xioami phone.

I am having issues with Bluetooth. I can't connect to anything and other devices cannot find the phone. I have done 2 factory resets too. I have tried most things from Google but it's stil the same.

Sometimes my WiFi works but a lot of times it will say it's connected but no internet. My WiFi works fine on other devices.

I bought this from Amazon and never experienced anything like this before so I'm thinking of sending it back unless I can get it working.
