connecting to Android enterprise

I have a Redmi S2 device and want to connect to a company MDM when I input the information to connect to Mobicontrol it comes up with a message saying cannot connect. When I go into android enterprise it also says connection lost unable to connect to the internet, yet if I go on google chrome I can access Youtube, News channels etc.... I have set up 100+ of these devices and this one just won't connect any info will be gratefully received.
