Issue with scheduled POWER ON/OFF

Question

This phone has huge issue with scheduled POWER ON/OFF, as it does not switch ON at chosen time?? It does POWER OFF but remains dead until manually switched on again!? Sending feedback to Xiaomi about it is waste of time as they never respond or offer to fix the bug!

No matter if Date&time use Network- provided time or not, or with Battery saver OFF, POWER ON simply does not work!?!

What a disappointment for a €200 worth phone, while my 2 y.o. Coolpad LeTV with Android 6 worth then €100 never has such issue.

if there is a solution to this I will appreciate any suggestions! Thanks!

Hi Jadran!

Yes, it is a pity that the support of Xiaomi is a bit difficult when it comes to fixing software issues.

Unfortunately, we can only guess and would have suggested you to reset the app settings.

However, we can't promise if this will solve the problem, maybe it's a deeper MIUI issue.
