Password changes to protect Private DNS provider hostname

Question

I am installing a custom DNS to apply a family filter on a phone that I want to be able to protect from being changed by the user. Currently the user can simply go into Settings -> Connection & Sharing -> Private DNS and switch it back to Off.

Is there a way to protect changes from being made to a Private DNS provider hostname after it has been set?
