Heat, staying at 100% charge for long periods, deep discharges, and fast charging all accelerate degradation.

To preserve battery health longer, keep charge levels between 20% and 80% when possible, avoid extreme temperatures, and use features like adaptive charging that adjust charging patterns based on usage habits.
