Raise
The Huawei smartphone can be assigned different functions when you raise the device. So you can individually choose whether the call / timer / or alarm volume is reduced and whether the device or the display should be activated.





- Open the settings
- Tap on Accessibility features
- Tap on Motion control
- Tap on Raise
- Activate or deactivate Reduce call ringing volume, Reduce timer and alarm volume or Wake device
Raise to ear
If you lift and hold the Huawei smartphone to your ear, different actions can be carried out. The following functions are available:
- Answer calls
- Make calls (when the contact details screen is open)
- Smart speaker (switching to the device speaker)
- Smart Bluetooth headset (switch to headphone mode)





- Open the settings
- Tap on Accessibility features
- Tap on Motion control
- Tap on Raise to ear
- Activate or deactivate the desired option
Answer calls with fingerprint sensor
We can set whether or not to answer incoming calls on the Huawei smartphone by holding down the fingerprint sensor. A feature that is used to assist operators and makes it easier to answer calls if there are difficulties in operating the screen.




- Open the Settings
- Tap on Biometrics & password
- Tap on Fingerprint ID
- Enable or disable Answer calls
Browse photos with fingerprint sensor
When viewing photos, we can use the fingerprint sensor on the Huawei smartphone to browse through the displayed photos by
swiping left or right on the sensor.

- Tap on Biometrics & password
- Tap on Fingerprint ID
- Enable or disable Browse photos
Stop alarms with fingerprint sensor
We can turn off the alarm clock directly by holding down the fingerprint sensor on the Huawei smartphone, if this feature is enabled.
