Colour Inversion
If colour inversion switches on by accident, a white background with black text flips to a black background with white text across the whole screen. Photos, videos and other media get affected too and can look washed out or plain wrong. This toggle sits inside the accessibility features, so it is easy to miss and just as easy to fix once you find it.
Turn Flashlight On or Off
The LED flash next to your camera lens can double as a flashlight, but many Huawei owners cannot find a quick way to switch it on without opening the camera app first. The toggle actually lives in the notification shade, not in a dedicated app or settings menu. If the icon looks greyed out or does not react to taps, something else is usually blocking it.
Enable or Disable Activity Controls
If Google keeps showing personalized search results and ads based on your browsing, an activity control like Web is switched on somewhere in your account. Quick Prediction Insert: Enable or Disable
If Huawei's SwiftKey keyboard inserts a suggested word the moment you tap the space bar, quick prediction insert is active. This happens before you finish typing the word yourself, which can break sentences you did not mean to autocomplete. The feature only works when autocorrect is turned on.
Block Unknown Numbers
Anonymous or withheld numbers keep ringing your Huawei phone even though you never answer them. This happens because call blocking for private numbers is turned off by default in the Phone app, so every masked caller gets through until you change that setting.
Enable or Disable Dual Clocks

Close Browser Tabs

Decrypt Memory Card
If you encrypted your memory card on a Huawei phone to protect its data, other devices like tablets, laptops or a different smartphone cannot read it until the encryption is reversed. This usually shows up as an unreadable, empty or unrecognized SD card when you insert it into another gadget. The decryption has to happen on the same Huawei device that originally encrypted the card, since the protection is tied to that hardware.
