Add a New Browser Tab auf Huawei
The Huawei Browser app keeps every open page as a separate tab, similar to a desktop browser. This lets you research prices, read news, or fill out a form on one page while another stays loaded in the background. Closing the whole app to switch tasks is not necessary once you know where the tab controls sit.
On EMUI, the tab overview is not on the main toolbar by default, which is why many users assume the browser can only show one page at a time. The controls are one tap away from the address bar.
Add a new tab
Open Open the Browser app and go to Tap on Tabs to see every page currently open. From there, tap Tap on New to load a blank tab and enter a new address or search term.
The page you were viewing stays exactly where you left it. Switching back later reloads it instantly, without losing your scroll position or any text you had entered in a form.
If you only need to check something quickly, a new tab is faster than bookmarking or closing the current page. Once you are done comparing, you can close the extra tab from the same tab overview.
