Delete a Photo auf Huawei
Low storage warnings and shots that simply did not turn out are the two most common reasons to remove a picture from the Gallery app on a Huawei phone.
Open Gallery app ➔ tap the photo you want to remove ➔ tap Delete. A confirmation dialog appears with the toggle Also delete from Cloud gallery and synced albums.
Leaving this toggle enabled removes the picture everywhere it is synced, including any linked cloud account and other devices tied to it. Disabling it keeps the cloud copy intact while clearing only the local file, which is the safer option if you only need to free up space on the phone itself.
Confirm the choice with Delete again to complete the action.
If you are clearing out storage rather than removing a single bad shot, deleting several pictures at once from the album overview is faster than opening each photo individually. Once a file is gone and already synced to the cloud, recovering it depends entirely on whether your cloud provider keeps its own backup or trash folder.
