Enable or Disable Eye Comfort auf Huawei
Eye Comfort reduces the blue light your Huawei screen emits and shifts colors toward warmer tones. This lowers eye strain during long reading sessions or in dark rooms, since less blue light means less contrast against your eyes at night.
To turn it on or off, go to Open the settings ➔ Tap on Display & brightness ➔ Tap on Eye Comfort ➔ Activate or deactivate Eye Comfort. The toggle applies instantly across the whole system, including apps and the home screen.
Setting a schedule
Inside the same Eye Comfort screen you can define a start and end time so the warmer display kicks in automatically, for example every evening. This removes the need to switch it manually each time light conditions change.
Adjusting intensity
Once active, a slider lets you control how strong the warm tint is. A lower intensity keeps colors closer to normal, while a higher one shifts the screen more toward amber for maximum comfort in low light.
Eye Comfort is not the same as Dark Mode. Dark Mode changes the interface background to black, while Eye Comfort only adjusts the color temperature of what is already on screen. You can run both at the same time for a darker interface with warmer colors.
