Enable or Disable Screen Magnification auf Huawei
Magnification is an accessibility function built into EMUI. Once it is active, tapping the screen three times zooms the current view in, and a second triple-tap zooms back out.
This is useful for reading fine print in apps, menus, or web pages without changing the system-wide font size. The downside: an accidental triple-tap during normal use can suddenly blow up the screen, which many users mistake for a glitch.
To find the control, open Settings ➔ Accessibility features ➔ Accessibility ➔ Magnification ➔ activate or deactivate the toggle.
Turn Magnification off if the triple-tap gesture keeps triggering by accident, for example while scrolling quickly or typing. Turn it on if you regularly need to inspect small details like icons, table text, or map labels.
If your display already has trouble responding to taps in general, check the touchscreen calibration first, since a laggy digitizer can make the triple-tap gesture feel unreliable even with Magnification enabled correctly.
