Enable or Disable Auto Sign-in for Saved Passwords auf OnePlus
Chrome on OnePlus phones can save your login details and fill them in automatically the next time you open a site. This shortcut relies on the built-in password manager, which stores both the account name and the matching password once you allow it.
Auto sign-in decides whether that saved data gets used silently or whether you still see a confirmation step. When it is switched on, Chrome signs you into a saved account as soon as the page loads, without showing a prompt first.
Turning it off keeps every password saved but adds a short confirmation before sign-in. That is useful on a shared device or after noticing a login you did not trigger yourself.
To change the setting, go to Open the Chrome app ➔ Open the menu ➔ Open the Settings ➔ Tap on Passwords ➔ Enable or disable Auto Sign-in.
If one particular website keeps signing you in even after you disable the option, check whether that account sits on an exceptions list inside the same Passwords screen. Removing a single saved password is often a better fix than switching off Auto sign-in for every account at once.
