Set Vibration Pattern and Intensity for Calls auf OnePlus
OnePlus phones running OxygenOS separate the vibration used for calls from the vibration used for regular notifications. This split lets you feel the difference between an incoming call and a message without looking at the screen.
The setting also lets you choose how strong the vibration motor pulses, which matters if you often miss calls in noisy environments or if a strong buzz feels too aggressive at your desk. Pattern names like Dynamic or short rhythm sequences describe how the pulses are timed, not a specific melody.
Where to change it
Open Settings ➔ Sounds & vibration ➔ Phone ringtone and vibration ➔ Vibration pattern and intensity. From there you can preview and set the vibration pattern, then set the vibration intensity separately.
Test each pattern before saving. Some patterns feel almost identical on certain models, and intensity has a bigger practical effect than the pattern shape itself.
If your phone does not vibrate at all despite a pattern being selected, check whether a Focus mode or Do Not Disturb profile is silencing vibration alongside sound. This setting only controls pattern and strength, not whether vibration is muted system-wide.
