Turn HDR On or Off in the Camera App
Photos taken indoors or against bright windows often come out either too dark in the shadows or completely blown out in the sky. That happens because the HDR mode in the Camera app is set the wrong way for the scene you are shooting. Switching it on or off manually gives you more control over exposure than letting the camera decide on its own.
Turn Off App Lock
If Oppo's App lock keeps asking for your privacy password every time you open a protected app, that extra step gets old fast. Turning off App lock releases all currently locked apps and their data at once, so the password prompt stops appearing. You still need to confirm your privacy password to make the change.
Set Default App Storage to SD Card

Without switching it on, the fingerprint sensor you already use to unlock your phone has no effect on the vault.
Turn Grid Lines On or Off in Camera
Framing a landscape shot without a horizon reference makes tilted photos easy to miss. On many Oppo phones the camera grid overlay is switched off by default, so there is no composition guide in the viewfinder until you turn it on. Photo and video mode also handle this setting separately, which causes confusion when the grid shows up in one mode but not the other.
Show or Hide Battery Percentage in Status Bar
If your Oppo phone only shows a battery icon in the status bar, you can't tell exactly how much charge is left. Turn Off Notifications for a Single App

Add Members to a Contact Group
Creating a contact group on your Oppo phone does not lock the member list. If you forgot someone or need to add a person later, the group only updates once you open it again and confirm the new members through the add-contacts screen. Skipping that confirmation step leaves the group unchanged even though it looked like the contact was added.
Set Up Face Recognition Unlock
If Face unlock is missing from your Oppo lock screen options, it usually means no unlock password has been set yet.
