Turn Call Vibration On or Off
On many Oppo phones, the handset gives a short vibration pulse the moment you pick up or hang up a call, even with the ringer silent. If that buzz feels unnecessary or startles you in quiet settings, it comes from a dedicated toggle in the calling settings, not from your general vibration or Do Not Disturb setup.

If one app keeps eating up your whole day, Oppo's Digital Wellbeing tools let you cap it with a daily timer. Once the time runs out, Coloros force-closes the app and keeps it locked until midnight. Each app gets its own separate limit, so you can restrict social media while leaving work apps untouched.
Autospace After Punctuation Toggle
Typing fast on your Oppo phone and ending up with double spaces or missing spaces after periods and commas? Gboard's autospace feature inserts a space automatically after punctuation, which can clash with your own typing habits or with pasted text that already has spacing.
Schedule Always-on Display
If your Oppo phone runs the Always-on Display around the clock, it keeps drawing power even while you sleep or leave the phone in a drawer. ColorOS lets you limit the Always-on Display to a fixed time window instead of showing it non-stop. Without a schedule, the clock and notifications stay visible on the lock screen at every hour, day and night.
Change SIM PIN
If you want to swap out a SIM PIN that is too easy to guess or matches an old default code, Oppo phones handle this through a dedicated lock screen for the card itself, separate from your phone unlock code. The catch is that ColorOS will not let you set a new PIN unless you can still enter the current one correctly.
