Oppo lets you store that medical profile so it shows up during an SOS call, no passcode needed. Without filling it in, first responders only see your name and photo, not the details that actually matter in an emergency.
Set Time Manually
If the clock on your Oppo phone refuses to change no matter what you tap, the phone is still pulling the time from the mobile network. As long as 'Use time from network' stays active, the manual time field is locked or simply not shown inside Date & time. Turning that toggle off is what unlocks the option to type in your own time.
