Clear App Cache auf Realme
Every app on your Realme phone stores temporary files in its cache: thumbnails, login sessions, downloaded content, or interface elements it needs often. This speeds things up because the app does not have to fetch the same data again. Over time, though, this cache can hold on to broken or outdated files, which shows up as apps freezing, displaying old content, or crashing unexpectedly.
Clearing the cache removes only these temporary files. Your logins, saved settings, and personal data inside the app stay untouched, so you will not need to sign in again afterward. This makes it the safer first step before trying a full data reset, which does remove your app settings and accounts.

Settings ➔ App management ➔ App list ➔ choose the app ➔ Storage usage ➔ Clear cache
After clearing, the app rebuilds its cache automatically as you use it again. If the same problem returns quickly, the issue likely sits elsewhere, for example in an outdated app version or a system-level bug.
