Turn Off App Lock auf Realme
App lock on Realme phones adds a second password layer in front of individual apps, separate from your screen lock. Over time this extra step can feel unnecessary, especially if you no longer share your device or have removed the apps you originally wanted to protect.
Turning the feature off requires your current privacy password. Without it, the setting stays locked and none of the protected apps can be freed from the extra prompt.
To disable it, go to Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Privacy ➔ Tap on App lock ➔ Open the Menu ➔ Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Turn Off App lock. Realme then asks you to choose between Do not save and Save, which decides whether the list of previously locked apps stays stored for later reuse.
If you only want to unlock one or two apps and keep the rest protected, disabling App lock entirely is the wrong move. In that case, remove single apps from the protected list instead of turning off the whole feature.
Disabling App lock does not touch the apps themselves or their data. It only removes the privacy password prompt that appeared before opening them.
