Turn Auto-rotate Screen On or Off auf Realme
Auto-rotate lets the screen content follow the physical orientation of the phone. Turn the device sideways and websites, photos, or videos switch to landscape view for a wider display.
The feature relies on the built-in motion sensor. If that sensor detects unusual movement, or if the setting itself is switched off, the screen stays locked in portrait mode even when you rotate the phone.
Some users disable Auto rotate on purpose. It prevents the display from flipping unexpectedly while lying down or holding the phone at an angle, which is useful when scrolling through photos that should stay upright.
Menu path on Realme UI
Open Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Display & brightness ➔ Enable or disable Auto rotate.
Toggle the switch to activate rotation for apps that support it, or turn it off to keep the screen fixed in portrait mode regardless of how you hold the phone.
If the screen still does not rotate after enabling the setting, check whether the app itself supports landscape mode, since some apps force portrait view independently of this system setting.
