Bedtime Mode: Schedule, Grayscale & Notification Muting auf Realme
Bedtime mode sits inside Digital Wellbeing & parental controls and silences your Realme phone once your sleep schedule starts. Instead of muting individual apps, it applies a system-wide mute layer combined with an optional grayscale filter.
Where the setting lives
Open Settings ➔ Digital Wellbeing & parental controls ➔ Bedtime mode. From here choose Based on schedule or While charging at bedtime.
The schedule option lets you set the Start/End time and pick the Days it repeats on. The charging option skips the fixed schedule and activates automatically whenever you plug in the phone during your usual bedtime window, so it adapts to irregular nights.
Once a trigger fires, notifications stay hidden until the window ends. Under Set other Options you can also switch the display to grayscale, which removes color to make the screen less engaging and easier to put down.
Bedtime mode differs from a plain mute schedule because it bundles the grayscale trigger and ties into your Digital Wellbeing usage data. If you only need silence for a single night event, a one-off mute timer is faster than reconfiguring Bedtime mode. Turning grayscale off while keeping the mute schedule active is possible from the same options screen.
