Block Unknown Callers Automatically auf Realme
Calls without a transmitted number show up on Realme phones as 'Unknown' rather than being matched against your contacts or spam lists. This happens when the caller's network withholds the number, which is common with certain robocalls, spoofed numbers, and some international routes. Because there is no number to work with, standard blacklist entries do not catch them.
Realme UI ships a dedicated toggle for this exact case inside the call-blocking settings. Turning it on rejects any call that arrives without caller ID, before your phone even rings.
To enable it: Tap on Phone ➔ Open the Menu ➔ Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Blocked numbers ➔ Enable or disable Unknown.
If you rely on services that intentionally hide their number, such as certain doctors' offices or delivery drivers, leave this switch off and block individual numbers instead. Turning it on affects only calls with no identification; contacts and numbers you have saved are never touched by this setting.
