Turn On/Off Call Forwarding auf Realme
Call forwarding on Realme phones is managed through the carrier call settings, not through a general phone toggle. That's why it's easy to overlook: a rule can stay active after a trip abroad, a SIM swap, or a setting change made by someone else using the phone.
Realme UI groups four forwarding conditions under one menu: Always forward sends every call away regardless of state, while When busy, When unanswered and When unreachable only trigger under specific network or usage situations. If your phone rings once and then goes silent, or calls skip straight to another number, one of these is usually switched on.
To check or change it, go to Phone ➔ Menu ➔ Settings ➔ Calling accounts ➔ Carrier call settings ➔ Call forwarding. On a dual-SIM device, pick the SIM card first, since each line has its own independent set of rules. From there you can turn each option on or off individually.
Keep in mind this setting is stored on the carrier network, not on the phone itself. If forwarding stays active after you disable it here, contact your carrier, since some regions restrict changes via device menus and require a network-side reset.
