Set Date and Time Automatically auf Realme
Realme phones running Realme UI on Android sync date and time automatically from the mobile network. This keeps clocks, calendars, and apps that depend on timestamps correct without any input from you.
The sync also causes problems when you travel, use a phone without a SIM card, or need to test how an app behaves at a specific date. In those cases the network still overwrites any manual value you enter, so the automatic option has to be turned off first.
Where to find the setting
Go to Settings ➔ Additional settings ➔ Date & time, then find the toggle labeled Set automatically. Switching it off unlocks manual fields for date, time, and time zone.
Once disabled, your Realme phone stops updating the clock from the network. This can affect scheduled alarms, calendar reminders, and apps that check timestamps for security, such as banking or two-factor authentication apps.
Turn Set automatically back on whenever you want the phone to resync with the network. No other settings are lost when you switch it back on.
