Set Date Manually auf Realme
Realme UI pulls the date from the mobile network by default. This keeps the date correct across time zones without any input from you, but it also blocks manual changes as long as the sync stays active.
To pick your own date, you first have to disable the automatic function. Go to Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Additional settings ➔ Tap on Date & time ➔ Turn Off Set automatically.
Once the toggle is off, the date field becomes selectable. Continue with Tap on Date ➔ Set the Date and confirm your choice.
Keep in mind that a wrong date can cause certificate errors in browsers, failed app logins, or incorrect timestamps on photos and messages. If the wrong date is only a temporary glitch after a SIM swap or a network outage, it usually corrects itself once you have a stable connection again, so a manual change may not be needed in that case.
If you also need to adjust the time zone or the clock format, that is handled separately in the same Date & time menu.
