Turn OSIE Visual Effect On or Off auf Realme
Photos and videos suddenly look punchier than expected, with boosted saturation and sharper textures in supported apps on your Realme phone? That effect comes from OSIE, an image-processing feature built into Realme UI that analyzes on-screen content and enhances colors, contrast and texture detail in real time.
OSIE only activates for compatible apps and media formats, so the effect is not visible everywhere. Because the enhancement runs continuously while supported content plays, it adds extra processing load and can noticeably increase battery consumption during longer viewing sessions.
You can toggle the feature directly in system settings:
Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Display & brightness ➔ Enable or disable OSIE visual effect
Turn OSIE off if you prefer natural, unprocessed colors, notice color banding or artifacts in certain apps, or want to reduce power draw while streaming or gaming. Turn it back on if you want richer, more vivid visuals in supported media without changing any other display setting.
