Allow or Deny Calls in Do Not Disturb auf Realme
Do Not Disturb on Realme UI silences calls by default unless you configure an exception list. This is controlled by a single setting that decides which callers can still reach you while focus mode is active.
Open Settings ➔ Sound & vibration ➔ Do Not Disturb ➔ Allow calls from. You can then choose between Anyone, Contacts, Starred contacts only or No one.
What each option changes
Anyone disables call blocking entirely, so Do Not Disturb only affects notifications and sounds. Contacts lets through anyone saved in your phone, while Starred contacts only narrows this down to people you have specifically marked as favorites.
No one blocks every incoming call while Do Not Disturb is on, including numbers not saved at all. This is the setting most often responsible for missed calls that never even show up as notifications.
If calls still get through unwanted after choosing a stricter option, check whether Do Not Disturb is actually active, since the exception rule only applies while the mode is running. For repeated calls within a short time, some Android versions also apply a separate urgent-caller rule independent of this list.
