Allow Repeated Calls Through Do Not Disturb auf Realme
Do Not Disturb on Realme UI silences calls, messages and notifications by default, which is useful during meetings or at night. The downside is that a genuinely urgent caller trying you twice in a row gets blocked just like any other interruption.
Realme UI includes a specific exception for this case, separate from the contact-based allow lists like favorites. It treats a second incoming call from the same number within 3 minutes as a signal that something important is happening, and lets it ring and vibrate even while Do Not Disturb is on.
To turn this behavior on or off, go to Tap on Settings ➔ Tap on Sound & vibration ➔ Tap on Do Not Disturb ➔ Enable or disable Ring for repeated calls.
This setting only reacts to repeated calls from the identical number within the 3-minute window. It does not affect messages, app notifications, or calls from different numbers, so it will not fully replace a broader contact exception if you need to stay reachable for a wider group of people.
If you disable it, all calls are muted equally while Do Not Disturb is active, including repeat attempts. Keep it enabled if you rely on this as a lightweight safety net for urgent contact without whitelisting entire contact groups.
